Phillips Ambulatory Care Center (PACC) is located at 10 Union Square East.

To get to PACC by car, take any major artery to the East River Dr. (FDR), get off the 14th Street exit and head west to Union Square and Park Avenue South.

The nearest subway station to PACC is the 14th Street/Union Square Station, which is directly across the street. The L, R, N, 4, 5, and 6 stop at this station. To travel by bus, take any of the the Park Avenue buses or any 14th Street bus (M14) to Union Square.
